Made-to-Order Production

All products are prepared in small batches and made to order.

Please allow 3–5 business days production time from the date of written confirmation. Business days do not include weekends or holidays unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Orders are not considered confirmed until:

• Availability has been verified

• Written confirmation has been sent

• Payment instructions have been provided

Farm & Found Co. reserves the right to decline or modify orders based on ingredient availability, scheduling capacity, or food safety considerations.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because ingredients are sourced and preparation begins promptly after confirmation:

• Orders canceled more than 72 hours before scheduled pickup may receive a credit toward a future order.

• Orders canceled within 72 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

• Custom cake orders may require additional notice for cancellation eligibility.

Farm & Found Co. does not offer refunds for completed custom baked goods.

Payment Terms

Full payment may be required at the time of confirmation for orders exceeding $50.

Invoices not paid within 24 hours of issuance may result in cancellation of the order.

No production will begin until payment terms are satisfied.

Pickup & Product Responsibility

Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed-upon time and location.

Farm & Found Co. is not responsible for product condition after pickup, including but not limited to:

• Damage during transport

• Improper storage

• Temperature exposure

• Delayed refrigeration when required

Care instructions will be provided when necessary.

Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including:

• Wheat

• Milk

• Eggs

• Soy

• Tree nuts

• Peanuts

Customers with food allergies should consider this risk before placing an order.

Arizona Cottage Food Disclosure

This product was produced in a home kitchen that may process common food allergens and is not subject to public health inspection.

Farm & Found Co. operates in compliance with the Arizona Cottage Food Program.

Flavor availability, decorative elements, and ingredient options may vary seasonally.

Custom design requests will be quoted individually and may require extended production timelines.

Products are sold directly to customers within Arizona and are not shipped across state lines.
