When you visit Farm & Found Co., we may collect personal information you provide (such as your name, email, or order details) and non‑personal information (such as browser type, IP address, and pages visited) to improve our services and communicate with you. Our site is hosted on Wix, which processes your data on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your information and only share it with trusted partners as needed to operate our site or fulfill orders. In compliance with Arizona law, if we believe your personal information has been subject to a security breach, we will notify you and any required authorities promptly. Shipping Policy
We process orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. We primarily ship with USPS for most orders. For larger or expedited shipments, we may also use UPS or FedEx. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number regardless of carrier. Delivery times vary by location and chosen method and may be delayed by events outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues, customs). You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please report lost or damaged items within 5 days of delivery to farmandfoundaco@gmail.com.
Returns & Refunds
We accept non-perishable returns within 5 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Contact us at farmandfoundaco@gmail.com before returning. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
